I have been a loan processor since 2000. My duties as a processor are many. I review loan applications for completeness, register and submit loans to automated systems, order necessary items to complete file and submit full loan packages to underwriting. I am required to make certain that the conditions are met in a timely fashion in order to close the loan. At Stonebrook Mortgage, I have the ability to underwrite loans and most recently (December 2006) I am proud to have obtained my Loan Officer License.
